Does anyone have any tips for healthy sleep habits? My smart ring has been nagging me about inconsistent sleep, and I'm wary about taking supplements every night. "Natural" supplements that we've used (household wide) include magnesium, melatonin, and cherry and pomegranate juice. Also, interesting findings below that have recently come out regarding melatonin.
