Happy Friday! I found an interesting article about the health benefits of having hobbies that I thought would be nice to share as we enter the weekend. As someone who works full time, I really want to start devoting time to my personal interests to improve the work-life balance. Right now, one of my hobbies has been weightlifting and running, but I'm definitely looking to explore other interests.
