I am Children’s Literacy Initiative's first Director of Diversity & Inclusion and the former Director of Diversity at The Philadelphia School. Prior to that, I worked in education in a variety of roles: Social Studies Teacher, Admissions Associate, Apprentice Assistant Principal of Instruction, Faculty Hiring Manager and Education Consulting. I have significant experience in adult learning, curriculum and professional development, coaching, systems design and driving organizational and cultural change.
